MOPI is a mining company located at Morro do Pilar, a city in central Brazil, approximately 165 km northeast of Belo Horizonte in State of Minas Gerais. It is situated north of the prolific Iron Quadrangle, a district famous for its substantial iron deposits.

According to the Society for Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits (SGA), the region has Over 1.6 billion tons of Certified Resources with high grade pellet feed of 68.5% Fe content and low contaminants, as a result of a complete study that included a drilling program, which completed more than 100,000 meters of drilling in over 300 holes. The study has also proven a 20+ years of mine life expected.

The mineral rights at Morro do Pilar includes exploration licenses, requests for exploration licenses and requests for mining concessions.

The region counts with a vast water network that can supply various mining processes required in the operation. MOPI already owns the water grant for this purpose.

MOPI`s iron ore is, proven, a high quality material with:

 - Low grade of phosphorus

 - Low grade of SiO2 and Alumina

 - High-grade product for direct reduction required by industry

Mining Project Roadmap to Production

Mopi’s Research Center: Pilot Plant

• Continuous testing  of larger size samples - Necessary parameters to optimize the process equipment and support detailed engineering.

• Product samples for testing at potential customers and international labs.

High grade Iron Ore - Strong Demand, Short Supply

- Minimum 67,5% Fe required

- Growing production (available natural gas)

- Restricted supply of High-Grade Iron Ore

- MOPI's high Fe can balance the increasingly lower Fe and higher impurities of iron ore new projects

- Improve producing and lower costs

- Reduce emissions (CO2, NOx, SOx)
